Returns & Refunds

Unlike other Online Stores, Pink Dynamite provides a stress-free returns and refunds policy. It’s simple : 

If you are unhappy with your order or would like an exchange, just send it back to us within 90 days of it being delivered and we will happily exchange your product, or offer a full refund.

We ask that you return all products unused, in the same condition to which it was delivered, with a covering letter explaining the reason for your return.

Please include the original invoice and reason for the returned item (unwanted, damaged, etc) along with if you require a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be credited to the same credit/debit card that you used for your purchase. Please allow 28 days.
