Unlike other online stores, Pink Dynamite provides a stress-free returns and refunds policy. It’s simple:

• If you are unhappy with your order or would like an exchange, just send it back to us within 90 days of delivery.
• We will happily exchange your product or offer a full refund.
• For damaged goods, a refund will be given for up to 365 days.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• All products must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
• Include a covering letter explaining the reason for your return (e.g., unwanted, damaged).
• Attach the original invoice and specify whether you require a refund or a replacement.
